The accommodation is located close to Brighton’s iconic palace pier and the heart of Brighton is just a short walk down the road along with the famous Brighton lanes and the Brighton Pavilion as well as Soho House. Located just down the steps leading to the seafront you can find the new addition of the sea lanes developments, which include a brand-new heated pool that you can prebook, a fantastic rooftop café and eatery. Walking a few minutes along the seafront you can find volleyball courts, minigolf, and the Volks railway, alongside coastal walks, and colourful ice cream stores. This is all just a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation. The Marina is a short walk from the accommodation, here you can find a casino, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, boat trips and a supermarket. Accommodation The accommodation is newly refurbished, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay. Outside space There is a large rear patio with a seating area accessed through large French double doors. Bedrooms The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with towels, storage, and white linen Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and French double doors leading directly on to the patio area, bedroom 1 benefits from its own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and also benefits from an ensuite shower room. Kitchen The accommodation also has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, and microwave and comes with tea and coffee making facilities, pots, pans and all other cooking utensils and crockery are supplied. Living/ dining The spacious open plan living dining area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, large sofa and a smart tv. You will find a guest manual and instructions with everything you need to know about your stay. The accommodation has full Wi-Fi. You will have the whole apartment to yourself with a private entrance down the front steps, a Lock box has been installed for your convenience. Parking There is paid on street parking on the road outside the accommodation. Please look at the signs to distinguish the maximum stay time for the parking locations. Along the seafront (Marine Parade 84409) you can park here for up to 14 days at a cost but please make sure you are parking in the correct area. You can download the Pay by Phone parking app which will tell you your maximum stay and will take payment. The accommodation is accessed down the steps on the lower ground floor of the property.
