The apartment is a stone's throw away from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Situated on the ground floor and over one level this is the perfect getaway for families and trips away with friends for a long or short stay exploring Brighton. The Accommodation The accommodation is stylishly decorated throughout, newly refurbished and equipped with everything you should need for your stay. This apartment is laid out over 2 bedrooms, the back bedroom comes equipped with a luxury king size bed and plenty of storage, the 2nd bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the bed also doubles as additional storage underneath. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay, including plates, bowls, cups and glasses, all cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge freezer and dishwasher, plenty of storage space and hob/ oven. The bathroom includes a full-size bath and rainfall shower head. You will be provided with toiletries during your stay and plenty of fresh towels for all guests. The living area is fully equipped with WIFI, a dining area set for 6 people, a 55-inch tv, a large sofa, drinks unit and additional seating area of the sofa bed during the day. The Location The accommodation is located close to Brighton’s iconic palace pier and the heart of Brighton is just a short walk down the road along with the famous Brighton lanes and the Brighton Pavilion as well as Soho House. Located 5 minutes’ walk and just down the steps leading to the seafront you can find the new addition of the sea lanes developments, which include a brand-new heated pool that you can prebook, a fantastic rooftop café and eatery. Walking a few minutes along the seafront you can find volleyball courts, minigolf, and the Volks railway, alongside coastal walks, and colourful ice cream stores. This is all just a short walk from the accommodation. The Marina is a 30-minute walk from the accommodation, here you can find a casino, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, boat trips and a supermarket. There is a bus stop located 2 minutes’ walk from the accommodation on Eastern Road, here you will be able to take a short bus trip into the heart of Brighton, Hove and to the train station. Checking in Access to the apartment will be through a lock box, the code will be provided for you on the day of your stay. A manual will be left for you with instructions, house rules and recommendations for the area. Parking There is paid on street parking on the roads a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation on Freshfield way and Sutherland Road. The locations mentioned above, you can park here for up to 14 days at a cost of around £9 a day, but please make sure you are parking in the correct area. You can download the Pay by Phone parking app which will tell you your maximum stay and will take payment. Lockbox outside the door for guest to check in themselves.
