About This Space

Welcome to your Brighton stay, a stylish one-bedroom apartment in the heart of vibrant Kemptown. Just minutes from the beach, Brighton Pier, and the city’s best cafés, bars and nightlife, this boutique-style space is perfect for couples, small groups and families looking for a fun and comfortable stay by the sea. With your own shuffleboard table and a private balcony, there’s plenty to enjoy both inside and out. This property can accommodate up to four guests comfortably.

Up to 2 guests:

• Super King-size bed in the bedroom or

• 2 singles in the bedroom (on request)

3–4 guests:

• Bedroom sleeps 2 guests

• 2 sofa beds in the living area for additional guests

✨ The bedroom can be set up as either a Super king-size bed or two singles, just let us know your preference.

✨ Quick note: Sofa beds are only prepared for bookings of 3 or more guests, keeping the space open and comfortable for smaller stays.

📏 Each sofa bed measures approximately 110cm (W) x 180cm (L) when set up.

⏰ Important: Please let us know your preferred bed setup at least 7 days before arrival so we can coordinate with our cleaner.

Your furry friends are welcome!

This can be easily added onto the booking by using the pet toggle - a small pet fee applies.

Please note: dogs must not be left alone in the property at any time and we also ask to please keep paws on floors and should your furry friend need to go to the toilet please don't use balcony for this as we will have to charge an extra cleaning fee of £150.00

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Available for £10/hour, subject to availability.

Please request at least 7 days in advance so we can coordinate with our cleaning team.

🚗 Parking

Parking

We sadly don’t have parking at the property, but there are plenty of paid spots nearby. Free parking in central Brighton is a bit like spotting a unicorn 🦄… rare but magical if it happens! Here’s what we recommend:

⭐ Best on-street option: Where to look: Marine Parade, Zones 84409 or 85330 (on the seafront side, nearer to the Marina- 5 Minute walk). The zone numbers are shown on the bay signs.

How to pay: Call the number on the sign or use the PayByPhone app (for payment only — not for reserving).Cost & time: About £9.60/day, max stay of 14 days. It’s a 5 minute walk to the property, so if you’ve got heavy bags, feel free to drop them off first.

🚗 Closest bays: On St Georges Road outside the Accommodation (84837) this is max stay of 2 Hours and £3.60. Parking is free from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am. If you arrive in the evening, you might be able to park right outside overnight — just remember to pay or move your car by 9:00 am.

🏢 Large parking complexes: Black Rock Car Park (Madeira Drive, BN2 1FY) – Prices: £1.70 (1h), £3.20 (2h), £6.40 (3h), £8.00 (4h), £12.10 (up to 12h).Madeira Drive Coach Park. Prices: £14.80 (up to 4h), £23.30 (up to 8h).The Lanes Car Park (Black Lion Street, BN1 1ND) – Prices: £4.00 (1h), £11.00 (2h), £24.00 (4h), £33.50 (9h), £40.50 (24h). Evening/night rate: £7.50.
